Freight Shipments (Oversized Items) * Large items such as Wingman and rooftop tents are shipped via freight carriers and require a physical address (no P.O. boxes). * Freight deliveries are curbside only—customers are responsible for moving the item beyond the delivery point. * A signature is required upon delivery. Please inspect the package before signing. If damage is found,note it on the delivery receipt and refuse the shipment if necessary. Order Tracking * Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates. Shipping Damage or Lost Packages * If your package arrives damaged,report it within 48 hours with photos of the damage. * If a package is lost in transit, contact us immediately so we can assist with a claim.
